BASEBALL / SOFTBALL BALL SIZE GUIDE
Smaller balls are easier to throw faster. Baseballs are the smallest due to the high-paced nature of the game. T-balls and 11" softballs are smaller to allow younger players with smaller hands to hold onto the ball easier. 12" ball is regulation for competitive softball. It is slightly harder to pitch at high speeds and requires more power to pitch and hit.
